Terms & Conditions – Jorge Gobera Photography
Thank you for choosing Gobera Photo! Please review the following terms that apply to all bookings.
1. Booking & Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 5 days before your session: You are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, or you may apply it toward a future session (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made within 5 days of your session: The deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be applied to a rescheduled date (subject to availability and a rescheduling fee).
- No-shows: The deposit is forfeited and no credit will be applied.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance at no additional charge.
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the session are subject to a rescheduling fee.
- Each booking allows one complimentary reschedule; additional changes may incur a fee.
4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances on our end, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- If conditions affect your ability to attend, standard cancellation and rescheduling terms apply.
- Your comfort and safety always come first.
5. Image Rights & Usage
- All photographs remain the intellectual property of Jorge Gobera Photography.
- Upon full payment, you receive a personal-use license for your images (printing, sharing with family, and posting on social media).
- Any commercial or promotional use requires prior written consent and may involve additional licensing fees.
6. Session Time & Delivery
- Sessions last the agreed-upon duration. Additional time is billed at an hourly rate discussed in advance.
- Final edited images are delivered within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
7. Client Responsibility
- Please arrive on time and ready at the agreed location.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without a reduction in session fees.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be treated as a no-show.
8. Limit of Liability
- Jorge Gobera Photography is not liable for delays, cancellations, or data loss resulting from events beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, emergencies).
- In the unlikely event of a technical failure resulting in loss of images, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
9. Social Media & Portfolio Use
- By booking a session, you grant permission for selected images to be used in our portfolio, website, and social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) for promotional purposes.
- No additional compensation or royalties will be owed for such use.
- If you prefer to keep your session private, please notify us in writing before your session — we completely respect your choice.
