Terms and Conditions for Photography Services

1. Booking and Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time of your photoshoot.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.

2. No Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or scheduling conflicts, the

client may reschedule the photoshoot for a later date, subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the original

session date.

• If the rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the session, an

additional fee may apply.

4. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

• If weather conditions or unforeseen events prevent the session from proceeding

as planned, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. Copyright and Usage

• All images remain the property of Jorge Gobera Photography.

• Clients receive a license for personal use of the images. Commercial use

requires prior written agreement and may incur additional fees.

6. Session Duration and Delivery

• Sessions are limited to the agreed-upon duration. Any additional time requested

during the shoot may result in additional charges.

• Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeline, typically 3-7

business days after the session.

7. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the designated location. Delays

may result in reduced session time or rescheduling fees.

8. Limit of Liability

• Jorge Gobera Photography is not liable for delays, cancellations, or loss of

images due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

9. Social Media and Promotion Authorization

• By booking a session with Jorge Gobera Photography, clients grant permission

for their images to be used in social media promotions, portfolio showcases, and other

marketing materials. This includes but is not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and the official

website. The client waives any claim for compensation or royalties for these uses.
