Terms & Conditions – Jorge Gobera Photography

Thank you for choosing Gobera Photo! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions that apply to all bookings:

1. Booking & Deposit

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel or postpone your session, your deposit can be applied to a future date (subject to availability).

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Requests made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen issues, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.
• Your comfort and safety always come first.

5. Image Rights & Usage

• All photos remain the intellectual property of Jorge Gobera Photography.
• You are granted a personal-use license for your images (printing, sharing with family, posting on social media, etc.).
• Any commercial or promotional use requires prior written consent and may involve additional fees.

6. Session Time & Delivery

• Your session will last the agreed-upon time. Extra time may result in additional charges.
• Final edited images are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise discussed.

7. Client Responsibility

• Please arrive on time and ready at the agreed location.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or rescheduling fees.

8. Limit of Liability

• Jorge Gobera Photography is not liable for delays, cancellations, or data loss due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, equipment failure, emergencies).

9. Social Media & Portfolio Use

• By booking a session, you grant permission for selected images to be used in our portfolio, website, and social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook).
• These images may be used for promotional purposes, and no additional compensation or royalties will be owed.
• If you’d prefer to keep your session private, just let us know — we completely respect your choice.

• By securing your session, you agree to the terms listed above.
